Amber is a leadership consultant, executive coach, and facilitator who’s helped over 750,000 leaders grow with clarity, confidence, and a whole lot less burnout. Known as a respectful disruptor, she brings 25+ years of experience across operations, HR, and learning, and a grounded, human-first approach that gets results that stick. Her work has reached 30+ countries and spanned every level of leadership, from early-career talent to the C-suite. Based in Seattle, WA, she is married with two children, and if you catch her outside of working hours, you’ll find her reading or working on writing her first book with a latte in hand.

Asli Aker
Senior Facilitator & Leadership Coach
Asli helps purpose-driven leaders scale with clarity, confidence, and integrity. With a global career that spans six countries and over two decades, she brings cross-cultural fluency and a deep understanding of leadership in evolving environments. Asli is known for her ability to create transformative learning experiences that combine insight, reflection, and practical action. Asli is a true world citizen who brings her experience living and working in the US, Singapore, United Kingdom, Austria, Dubai, and Turkey to her global clientele. She lives in Seattle, WA with her family.

Christina Foltz
HR Consultant
Christina brings over 25 years of strategic HR leadership to the table, working across startups, global corporations, and mission-driven nonprofits. Her expertise spans talent strategy, organizational design, performance development, and coaching, all delivered with a grounded, tailored approach. She lives in the Seattle area and brings the same curiosity and creativity to her life as she does to her work, whether reading, painting by numbers, or exploring what it means to thrive in this next chapter.

Crysta Weigel
Program Manager
Crysta is the operational anchor of the Thinking People collective – the person who ensures every engagement runs smoothly, every detail is accounted for, and every client and consultant feels supported. With a background in program management, executive support, and operations across industries, she brings a rare combination of structure, calm, and care to everything she touches. Based in New York (and also CEO of her household), Crysta is the steady hand that keeps us moving forward, often before we even know what we need.

Kylie Wendover
Program & Client Services Intern
Kylie is a current student at San Diego State University, pursuing a BBA in Integrated Marketing Communications and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Multimedia. She brings creative energy, attention to detail, and a calm, thoughtful presence to the Thinking People team. As our Program & Client Services Intern, Kylie supports everything from event prep and communications to social content and logistics—gaining hands-on experience while contributing meaningfully behind the scenes. Her design instincts, strong follow-through, and lived-in familiarity with the work we do (yes, she’s Amber’s daughter!) make her a natural fit for this next generation of leadership development.

Leanne Gallagher
Leadership Development Consultant
Leanne is a learning strategist and facilitator with a rare gift for building safe, growth-centered spaces for leaders at every level. She brings deep expertise in experiential learning, group facilitation, and behavior change that lasts. She’s beloved by clients for her calm presence, thoughtful questions, and ability to spark meaningful dialogue. Drawing from her experience crafting growth and learning experiences for personal and cultural transformation, Leanne has also become the go-to event planner for her family and friends.

Shannon Wallis
Executive Coach & Strategy Advisor
Shannon is an executive coach and global leadership strategist who has guided C-suite teams through complex change across continents and industries. She advises leaders navigating transformation with strategic clarity and personal courage. Shannon blends operational expertise with soul-level leadership work, helping leaders align ambition with meaning. Shannon walked 500 miles across Spain without any prior hiking experience and chronicles her adventure in WE the Change: Launching Big Ideas and Creating New Realities. Shannon lives in Bellevue, WA with her husband and their two daughters.

Shelby Looney
Accounting & Operations Specialist
Originally from the Seattle area, Shelby is a Junior at Boise State University pursuing her BBA in Accountancy. At Thinking People, she supports invoicing, operations, and internal systems—keeping the back-end of the business running smoothly so the front-end work can shine. Shelby brings a strong work ethic, a steady presence, and a genuine curiosity about how small businesses grow and thrive. This role gives her a chance to apply her accounting knowledge in real-time while learning the rhythm of a fast-paced, people-centered company. Her goal? Build sharp analytical and accounting skills and continue growing personally and professionally—one QuickBooks entry at a time.

Suzanne Levy
Executive Coach
Suzanne is a senior leadership coach and trusted advisor to executives across Fortune 500s, founder-led companies, and high-growth organizations, including Starbucks, Comcast, Reddit, and Merrill Lynch. With 25 years of experience, she brings a signature blend of no-nonsense insight, real-world strategy, and heart. Suzanne helps leaders identify the patterns that shape their impact and embrace boldness without sacrificing authenticity. Based in Boulder, CO, she is married with two children and recharges in her art studio, on the hiking trail or on the dance floor.

Tom Perry
Career Strategist & Team Coach
Tom is a former tech executive turned leadership coach who helps senior leaders gain clarity, build confidence, and communicate with impact. With deep experience inside fast-paced corporate environments, Tom understands what it means to lead under pressure, and how to help others do it with more intention and less swirl. He specializes in supporting leaders through transitions, whether stepping into a bigger role, managing team dynamics, or rediscovering what kind of leader they want to be next. Tom lives in Portland, OR with his husband John, and is an avid runner, Peloton addict, and dog-lover to rescue Rosie.
